submit your artwork for review (you will be contacted if your artwork doesn’t meet the required quality or resolution),but set yourself up for success with these tips:

• Submit your file in PNG, SVG, EPS, PDF or AI format
• If PNG ensure your quality is 300DPI (caution- Chatgpt files are typically 72DPI, not good for large images!), or have them sized to look good at 4+ inches
• Remove any backgrounds if you don’t want them printed
• If you have questions about your file quality, just contact us via the links in store and we can review it with you
• If your file needs editing, reach out we can do that as well for a small fee
