How do you ship?
We ship via Canada Post 90% of the time. Items in Canada are Expedited Parcel, items to the USA are USPS tracked package (with DDP prepay, no Tariff fees at your door). Items sent to International destinations are via Canada Post, tracking is not always guaranteed.
Orders are packaged in semi-rigid bubble mailers for shipping!
How Fast will my Order be made?
We endeavour to have your order printed, packaged and in the carriers hands in no later 5-7 days. Typically we have fulfillment in 3-5 days. We also have a RUSH MY ORDER option that makes us stop everything we are doing, and fulfill your order first.
Order fulfillment is also subject to proof approval. When you place an order, please respond to your proof ASAP to keep the process moving along. If we don’t receive a response after 3 days, we will proceed with the print as is!
How does the sizing work?
Sizes are determined by the LONGEST edge of your artwork or graphic. For example a 4″x4″ sticker is 4″ for selection. A 4″ x 7″ Sticker is 7″ for selection. This ensures our material layouts and usage is accurate!
Kiss Cut? Die Cut? Sheet cut? Whats the dif!?
Kiss cut stickers are cut through the vinyl, and nested on a small border of backing paper. Die cut stickers are cut all the way through as the shape you’ve requested. Sheet cut are provided in standard sizes (8.5″x11″, or square depending on the designs). Kiss cut are easier to handle and peel. both styles can have a border, or borderless sticker appearance. Sheets are ideal for product labels.
To laminate, or not to laminate?
All of our stickers are printed with Solvent inks, on commercial vinyl, and are waterproof, and resistant to fading up to 3 years. Lamination improves UV resistance to 5-6 years, adds abrasion and impact resistance, as well as finish appearance (Gloss, Luster). Due to the extra steps, time, and material of Laminating prints, there is a modest fee for this service. Laminated stickers are thicker (6mil vs 3mil), therefore extreme curved surfaces may require extra attention for install as well as adhesive set time.
Can my artwork be resized or used?
High quality logos and images in proper formats, such as EPS, SVG, PDF, can be resized. PNG images should be of high resolution (300dpi) and at least 2x the size of your desired print output (ex your print 2×2 should be digital 4×4). This allows us to shrink down to preserve detail. Image generators such as AI programs output LOW quality png files that cannot be upsized. Please consider enhancing your file or having a graphic designer compile your logo. We will be offering image enhancement/creation in the near future.
